Skillnet Ireland Annual Report 2019

The Skillnet Ireland Annual Report 2019 highlights Skillnet Ireland’s valued support to both enterprise and the workforce, and shows a record increase in the number of companies and trainees participating in training and upskilling programmes. Some key highlights include;
  More than 18,000 companies and over 70,000 people participated in a range of innovative programmes Over €46 million was invested in upskilling for the Irish workforce New enterprise-driven Masters developed including Blockchain, Digitalisation in Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence Six new learning networks launched in 2019 to strengthen the skills base of the Irish economy, bringing to 70 the total number of Skillnet Learning networks nationwide Innovative Future of Work and Learning Research series commenced in 2019 Launch of the Clear Customs initiative, as part of the Government’s Getting Ireland Brexit Ready campaign
