Elchior Construction Limited have received the green light from An Bord Pleanála for the construction for over 140 apartments in Donabate.
Approved under fast-track planning, ‘The Gallery’ will be spread across 3 housing blocks, spanning in height from 3 to 5 storeys.
The 144 apartments will comprise of a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bed homes with associated private balconies/terraces.
The scheme will include amenities such as a retail unit, open greens, and playgrounds. A basement with underground parking for 144 cars, 5 motorcycles and 300 bicycles are also outlined in the plans. There will be a total of 5 car spaces and 20 bicycle spaces at ground level.
‘The Gallery’ has a site area of 1.16 hectares and is located within a 3-minute walk of Donabate’s Main Street.
CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau, liaised with the development team to construct a series of 3D planning and 3D marketing solutions. 3D Design Bureau produced verified view montages and architectural CGIs which were submitted as part of the planning application to An Bord Pleanála. The visuals are now being used for marketing purposes with national media covering the project.
