Launching 25th and 26th of July is Bryanstown Wood, a luxurious collection of 250 new homes in Drogheda, Co. Meath.

The development features a total of 94 two-storey houses made up of 2- and 3-bed terrace and semi-detached units. The remainder of the homes are made up of 156 apartments which are arranged in 8 three-storey blocks. The apartments features a mix of 2- and 3-bed units.

The scheme also includes a 2-storey childcare facility with associated open spaces and public grounds.

There is a total of 363 car spaces and 140 bicycle spaces available for residents.

This development is situated on the southside of Drogheda Town and within a short walking distance of amenities of Drogheda town. Drogheda mainline train station and Drogheda Town Centre are within a c. 15 minute walk / c. 6 minute cycle / c. 4 minute drive.

CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau liaised with the development team to provide 3D planning and 3D marketing solutions for Bryanstown Wood. 3D Design Bureau produced verified view montages, architectural CGIs and a BRE daylight and sunlight assessment which were submitted as part of the planning application to An Bord Pleanála and used for marketing purposes.

Landscape Consultant: Ronan MacDiarmada & Associates: Located in Tooten Hill Rathcoole Co. Dublin.

CGI consultants: 3D Design Bureau – are specialists in architectural visualisation, BIM and VR – delivering quality design planning and marketing solutions. For this project 3D Design Bureau created a series of verified view montages, architectural CGIs and a BRE daylight and sunlight assessment which are being used for planning and marketing purposes. They are based in Blackrock, Dublin.
