An Post, together with our partners Mastercard, have been working intensively throughout the night and this morning to have currency cards operational as quickly as possible following the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s decision to restore operations to Wirecard Card Solutions Ltd, MasterCard’s issuer of the card.
An Post and MasterCard are committed to ensuring that customers can make payments safely and securely by the end of today (Tuesday).
An Post thanks customers for their patience and we apologise once again for the disruption and inconvenience caused. We’ll advise customers directly as soon as service resumes.
