Tralee, 26th February 2021 – Leading Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) technology provider ViClarity have today announced that, twelve year old regulatory compliance consulting firm, PolicyWorks, LLC, headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, will rebrand under the ViClarity
name, effective today. According to ViClarity Founder, European CEO and Global CIO, Ogie Sheehy, the rebrand will enable the organisations to build upon the solid foundation they have set in place over the last twelve months and will help drive growth globally through the combination of leading edge technology and consulting expertise.

Twelve months ago, ViClarity and PolicyWorks announced their strategic merger, combining ViClarity’s award winning technology with PolicyWorks team of regulatory experts and consultants. The ViClarity GRC platform was developed in 2008 and is led by ViClarity European CEO and Global CIO Ogie Sheehy, who continues to drive innovation of the technology platform, as well as ViClarity’s European business from Tralee Co Kerry. By adopting a global brand identity, PolicyWorks and ViClarity have fully committed to the integration of both teams.
Alongside the PolicyWorks legal and brand name change, will be the launch of viclarity.com. The new global website will house frequently updated content, including GRC and healthcare related insights and recommendations. ViClarity Global CEO Miriam De Dios Woodward notes that the new brand is better aligned with the firm’s expanded subject matter expertise in Governance, Risk and Compliance, as well as its focus on technology solutions for GRC professionals.
