We’ll be getting a demo from the one and only Nick Reynolds of Lil Portie. Lil Portie has been serving up a blend of Caribbean influenced dishes with a Latin twist via Ireland since 2018 and we can never get enough. At Taste last summer we were wowed by Lil Portie’s punchy flavours and we are lucky enough to be getting a Caribbean Classics cookalong with Nick this Friday!
Joining in on the fun will be Tom Grills of Sixling Gin – Ireland’s first and only cloudberry gin. They’ll be whipping up some tropical flavoured tipples to go along with Nick’s Caribbean feast.
