The European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) jointly issued guidelines on 21 May setting out the health measures necessary to allow passengers, crews and airlines to safely return to normal flying.

These guidelines are based on science, as opposed to ineffective quarantines, which are now being scrapped all over Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, etc).

A Ryanair spokesperson said:

“Ryanair and our guests will be following these guidelines from 1 July – which rely on scientific evidence –  and the Irish Govt, Sinn Féin and Dr. Gabriel Scally should read these guidelines and do likewise”
